The announcement module offers you and your team an organised way to make announcements, as you can specify that only certain groups should see a particular announcement.
It's not difficult to create an announcement: just go to the ‘Announcements’ tab and click on ‘Create new announcement’. There you can select who should see the announcement, the title of the announcement and the description of the announcement.
