Delete / transfer team

Transfer ownership or permanently delete a team.

Delete / transfer team

You find these actions in Administration under team settings. Only the team owner can transfer ownership or delete the team.

Transfer ownership

  1. Open Administration
  2. Under team settings, select the ownership transfer option
  3. Choose an existing team member as the new owner
  4. Confirm the transfer

After that, the selected member holds owner rights. Your membership usually remains unless you leave the team.

Important

After the transfer, you can no longer perform owner-only actions (e.g. delete team, transfer ownership again) yourself — unless you become owner again.

Delete team

  1. Open Administration
  2. Select Delete team
  3. Confirm the deletion (possibly with name confirmation)

Irreversible

Deleting permanently removes team data and access. You should cancel or review active subscriptions beforehand on the plan/billing page.

Alternatives

  • Leave the team only (as a non-owner): via the team profile
  • Downgrade the plan instead of deleting: Billing / Plan
