Voice & Server Stats

Temp voice (private channels), voice support, and live stat channels.

Voice & Server Stats

Three related features for voice and live counters:

Private channels (temp voice)

Discord Bot → Private Channels (/bot/temp-voice)

Members join a creator channel; the bot creates a private voice channel (name e.g. with {user}), optionally in a category, with a user limit and configurable bitrate (8–384 kbps, default 64). When empty, the temp channel is cleaned up.

With owner controls (dashboard toggle), the channel owner can:

  • lock / unlock
  • rename
  • kick
  • transfer ownership
  • set the user limit

Voice Support

Discord Bot → Voice Support (/bot/voice-support)

You can configure multiple support rooms. Per room: waiting channel, notify channel, category, support role, name format, and optional opening hours. Users wait in the lobby; the bot creates a support voice channel and notifies staff. Staff claim or unclaim the session.

Additionally:

  • Duty — check-in channel and on-call role for support shifts (/support duty)
  • Notes — staff notes thread on the case
  • Ratings — optional rating channel after support
  • /support invite — invite a member to the waiting room
  • /support times — show opening hours

Server stats

Discord Bot → Server Stats (/bot/server-stats)

Voice channels whose names show live counts — typically with {count}. Types: members, online, boosts, bots, roles. Up to 5 stat channels per server. Online uses Discord’s approximate presence count (no privileged intent) and refreshes about every 10 minutes.
